    ​Welcome to your Primordial Sound Meditation Course. 
    This course is broken up into two, 2 hour sessions.

    CLASS 1:
    We will introduce Deepak Chopra's method of meditation. Using Vedic astrology coupled with the time and place of your birth, we will retrieve and perfect the proper pronunciation of your personal birth mantra.

    CLASS 2:
    After one week of practicing your unique-to-you meditation and making mindful observations on your own, we will return for Class 2, to discuss higher states of consciousness and the trajectory of your meditation practice.
